System Overview:
Green methanol is a clean liquid fuel produced by catalytic synthesis of renewable hydrogen and recovered CO₂. It represents a key pathway for carbon capture, utilization, and recycling (CCU). EPC provides modular skid-mounted green methanol systems integrating CO₂ capture, PEM electrolysis, and methanol synthesis reactors. These systems are flexibly deployable at chemical parks, emission-intensive industrial sites, and renewable energy bases.
Main System Components:
Flue gas CO₂ capture and purification unit
PEM or AEM water electrolysis system
H₂ + CO₂ methanol synthesis reactor (Cu/ZnO/Al₂O₃ catalyst)
Methanol condensation, separation, and purification unit
Intelligent control system (integrated temperature, pressure, and flow monitoring)
