EPC Energy Technology
Electro Power Cell / Power The Future

Provides system engineering solutions for green hydrogen, CO₂ utilization & Power-to-X

System Overview

The hydrogen production system is the key link that turns an electrolyzer into an operational unit. It converts electrical energy into hydrogen via water electrolysis, enabling stable output from electricity to hydrogen. The system includes not only the electrolyzer itself but also the coordinated operation of gas treatment, water management, power supply, and control subsystems.

EPC provides engineering oriented hydrogen production system solutions based on PEM and AEM electrolysis technologies. Through BOP (Balance of Plant) design and system integration, we achieve matching and optimization across all subsystems. The system can be flexibly configured for distributed energy, industrial hydrogen supply, and green fuel systems.

Main System Components

Electrolyzer System (PEM/AEM) – Core unit that performs water electrolysis for hydrogen production
Gas Liquid Separation & Hydrogen Purification System – Separates and purifies hydrogen to meet different application requirements
Water Treatment & Circulation System – Supplies stable water feed and maintains continuous operation
Power Supply System (Rectifier) – Provides stable DC power input matching the electrolyzer
Control System (PLC/EMS) – Enables system monitoring, regulation, and safety control
Thermal Management System – Controls system temperature to ensure stability and efficiency
